• To prepare and manage revenue, operating, and capital budgets for the Rehabilitation Services. Monitor the operating budget monthly; analyze reports, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Recommend updates to coding and pricing; ensure accurate and timely patient billing.careers.
• Stay updated on reimbursement regulations; work with TRRC and SOCSO to optimize coding, authorization, and claims.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, and mentoring of all clinical and support staff in Rehab Services. Ensure fair and consistent staff management aligned with organizational policies; conduct performance reviews
• Review daily patient schedules and adjust staffing to match workload demands.
• Conduct formal performance evaluations, chart reviews, and case presentation assessments.
• Act as Case Manager (Disability Management) for SOCSO Return-to-Work (RTW) patients to facilitate safe and early return to employment.
• Build and maintain strong networks with SOCSO employers, case managers, therapists, and families to support patient goals.
• Co-manage weekly multidisciplinary case discussions with TRRC and local case managers to align on patient management.
• Oversee internal and external case referrals and manage Guarantee Letter (GL) applications and extensions
• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners.
• Identify and manage manpower requisitions for new projects.
• Develop new policies, SOPs, workflows, and documentation for all new service lines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
