Work experience as Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Specialist or similar role.

Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and other sourcing techniques.

Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp and referral resources as assigned by the Company

Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Organizational skills and ability to cope with timelines.

KPI/ Target driven, resillent and able to handle pressure.

Recruit and screen female group live-streaming anchor candidates through social media, referral, offline and other approved recruitment channels.

Communicate with candidates, introduce Company information truthfully, arrange interviews, auditions and onboarding follow-up.

Maintain recruitment channels including but not limited to Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp and referral resources as assigned by the Company.

Submit daily recruitment reports, including inquiry volume, valid communication volume, interview invitations, interview attendance, candidate feedback, onboarding progress and problems encountered.

Maintain complete candidate records, communication records, interview feedback and onboarding documents through Lark or other Company-designated tools.

Cooperate with the Company in trial live-streaming, training arrangement, onboarding handover and candidate retention.

Maintain the Company’s recruitment image and shall not publish false, exaggerated, misleading or improper recruitment information.

Complete other recruitment, talent management and operation support tasks reasonably assigned by the Company.
