REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates with Diploma or Degree in biomedical engineering and/or related, with or without experience and is IT savvy

• Result and customer service orientated

• Willing to learn

• Willing to be relocated at other states

THE JOB

• To respond to customers’ calls to troubleshoot technical problems of medical devices so as to achieve customers’ satisfaction in turnaround and downtime

• To perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and highlight technical abnormalities to achieve customers satisfaction.

• To assist in compiling technical specifications in tender submission documents.

• To document the technical actions of problems resolved, and maintain spare parts inventory
