Minimum education: SPM and above

Required skills: Retail Sales, Customer Service, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Management

Language required: Mandarin & English

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience in restaurant operations and staff management.

Knowledge of F&B hygiene, safety, and health regulations.

Non Halal - restaurants

Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen

Oversee floor staff to maintain efficient service flow during operations

Guide, train, and motivate floor and kitchen staff to maintain high performance and teamwork

Ensure food quality, portion control, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness are consistently followed

Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction

Communicate order details clearly and accurately with kitchen staff to avoid delays or errors

Provide immediate frontline support during manpower shortages, peak hours, or operational issues

Plan weekly and monthly staff rosters (full-time & part-time) based on outlet needs and peak periods

Ensure adequate manpower coverage at all times

Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees

Conduct staff training and development sessions

Prepare and update SOPs, service guidelines, and training materials

Monitor daily stock levels and usage

Control wastage and ensure proper inventory management

Coordinate with PICs, HR, purchasing, and logistics teams for operational needs

Track daily and monthly sales performance and KPIs

Prepare daily sales reports, expense records, stock reports, and operation logs

Submit operational reports for management review

Maintain and update SOPs, checklists, and administrative documents

Compile performance feedback and highlight recurring operational issues

Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations

Manage POS systems and online ordering platforms for smooth operations

Ensure accurate system usage and reporting

Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
