Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. MBA is an advantage.

Minimum 12 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Strong experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably within a Tier 1 supplier environment.

Hands-on knowledge of plastic injection molding manufacturing and high-volume production operations.

Good understanding of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and other automotive quality tools.

Proven leadership in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong people management, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

Lead the overall manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, delivery and safety targets.

Manage cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and operational excellence programs.

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer quality requirements.

Oversee production planning, resource utilization and plant performance to improve productivity and efficiency.

Support new product launches, process improvements and engineering change implementation.

Manage plant budgets, cost reduction initiatives and operational performance.

Develop and mentor the management team while fostering a high-performance culture.
