Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and service areas.

Assist with food preparation and other daily outlet operations.

Ensure tables, equipment, and work areas are clean and properly maintained.

Replenish stocks and supplies when necessary.

Handle customer enquiries and provide good customer service.

Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
