Kerja Sepenuh Masa HEAVY MACHINERY ENGINEER, Gaji tinggi MYR 12,000 di Thien Hong Machinery (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum 5 years of experience in repairing, servicing maintaining of heavy machinery - specialized in Cranes, Skylifts or other heavy machinery

Hands-on experience in:

• Deep knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine systems.

• Electrical wiring and troubleshooting

• Machinery servicing, repairing & maintenance

• Preventive maintenance scheduling and breakdown troubleshooting

• Solving technical issues and machinery breakdowns

Able to identify faults and carry out repairs with minimal supervision.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Mature, responsible, hardworking and willing to take initiative.

Good work discipline and punctuality.

Willing to work at the workshop and customer job sites when required.

Able to speak and understand Bahasa Melayu well.

Possess a valid driving licence will be an advantage.& valid local safety credentials such as a CIDB Green Card or JKKP/DOSH awareness.

* Carry out inspection, servicing, repair and maintenance of the company’s heavy machinery.

* Troubleshoot and repair issues related to mechanical, hydraulic, electrical wiring and diesel engine systems.

* Repair skylifts, boom lifts, crawler cranes, mobile cranes and other heavy machinery.

* Carry out repair works at the company workshop or customer job sites.

* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure machinery is in good and safe working condition.

* Identify the root cause of breakdowns and carry out proper repair works to reduce repeated machinery issues.

* Attend to emergency breakdowns when required.

* Assist in the assembly and disassembly of crawler cranes when required.

* Check machinery components such as hydraulic hoses, cylinders, pumps, filters, wire ropes, boom sections, engines and electrical parts.

* Test machinery after repair to ensure the issue has been properly resolved.

* Ensure all repair, servicing and maintenance works are carried out according to safety procedures.

* Inspect spare parts and inform management if replacement parts are required.

* Maintain tools and keep the workshop area clean and organised.

* Work closely with mechanics, drivers, site workers and the operations team.

* Report work progress, technical issues and machinery condition to management.

* Carry out ad hoc duties and other related tasks assigned by management.
