JLPT N1 or N2 certificate is mandatory

Able to communicate fluently in Japanese and English, both written and spoken

Previous Customer Service / Contact Centre experience is an advantage

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage

Willing to work on a rotational schedule

Candidates who are willing to work on-site are encouraged to apply

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, live chat and email

Assist customers with skincare products, orders, payments and related services

Provide accurate information about products, order status and company policies

Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally

Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions

Follow up with customers when required to ensure issues are fully resolved

Accurately record customer interactions and case details in the CRM system

Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team

Follow company procedures, service standards and quality guidelines

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
