Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field

3 years and above of experience in sales or business development

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive

Comfortable with social media management and content creation is an advantage

Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and corporate sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and business partners

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements

Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery

Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking or industry events

Maintain and update sales pipeline, client database, and business development reports

Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to potential prospects

Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

Create and develop engaging content including project showcases, design highlights, company updates, and branding materials

Plan and execute basic digital marketing activities to support lead generation and brand awareness

Monitor social media engagement and improve content performance

Support overall marketing initiatives including branding, campaigns, and promotional activities

Ensure all business development and marketing activities comply with ISO standards, company protocols, and SOPs
