Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.

2 - 3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, production planning or a manufacturing environment preferred.

Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and experience with ERP systems - NAVISION is an advantage.

Able to manage multiple orders, priorities and tight delivery schedules.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Receive, review and process customer purchase orders and order requirements.

Verify part numbers, quantities, drawing revisions, specifications and required delivery dates.

Coordinate with customers on order confirmations, changes, clarifications and delivery requirements.

Prepare and maintain production plans and schedules based on customer orders and production capacity.

Monitor order and production progress to ensure delivery schedules are met.

Provide customers with timely updates on order status, production progress and delivery schedules.

Coordinate urgent orders, partial shipments and revised delivery schedules where required.

Identify potential delivery issues with timely action.

Maintain accurate customer orders, planning records and delivery information.

Assist in reviewing customer forecasts and planning future production requirements.

Handle customer enquiries and provide professional and timely responses.

Support other administrative and coordination duties related to customer service and production planning as assigned.
