Their marketing concept is to develop marketable travel packages based on market demand and trends, offered through their dynamic B2B booking engine.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia

Requirement

• Mass Communication study background is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Able to actively engage with viewers, with strong adaptability, excellent articulation, and the ability to create engaging conversations.

• Proficient in Mandarin and English

• Possess good manners

• Positive team player with a collaborative working attitude

• Conduct LIVE streaming sessions as a Host on Facebook and Instagram platforms on a weekly basis.

• Introduce and promote products during LIVE streaming sessions.

• Engage actively with viewers, respond to their inquiries promptly, and encourage purchases in real time.

• Work closely with the Livestream Team and participate in relevant video shoots.

• Be involved in the scheduling and planning of broadcast and livestream activities.

• Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop content and strategies that drive audience engagement and conversions.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and features that align with the company’s image and enhance the viewer experience.
