Join a newly built hotel in Johor opening in August 2026. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and will provide friendly, efficient and professional front-desk service.

• Full-time position based in Johor.

• Open to Malaysian applicants only.

• No previous hotel experience is required; fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.

• A Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or a related field is preferred but not compulsory.

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking guests.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

• Experience using a hotel Property Management System such as Opera is an advantage.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Professional grooming and appearance in accordance with hotel standards.

• Monthly salary: RM2,500.00

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

• Handle guest enquiries, reservations and room assignments accurately.

• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and nearby attractions.

• Attend to guest requests and follow up promptly.

• Answer telephone calls and manage guest messages professionally.

• Update bookings, billing information and guest records in the hotel system.

• Handle cash and card transactions and prepare accurate shift reports.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding room status and guest requests.

• Report guest concerns, maintenance issues or irregularities to the Duty Manager.

• Follow hotel safety, security and emergency procedures.

• Protect the confidentiality of guest information.
