Weekend Expectation

The role is mainly weekday-based. However, the candidate should be reasonably reachable for urgent outlet-related calls or messages during weekends and may occasionally be required to visit outlets during promotions, campaigns, or events.

• Assist the Director with schedules, meetings, administrative work, task tracking, and follow-ups until completion.

• Prepare documents, reports, data, and other administrative materials when required.

• Handle internal and external communications and coordinate work between departments.

• Follow up on tasks and project progress assigned by the General Manager.

• Perform other administrative and business support duties as required by the company.

• Visit retail outlets to coordinate with staff, monitor store operations, and report outlet issues or updates to management.

• Coordinate upcoming promotions, campaigns, and events, including staff briefings, promotional materials, displays, and outlet readiness before launch.

• EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.

• Petrol, toll, and parking claims for company-related outlet visits.
