- Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or administrative support

- Fresh graduates with strong organisation skills may be considered.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

1. Inventory Control & Accuracy

- Maintain up to date records of all incoming and outgoing stock

- Conduct routine stock checks/tick against system records by weekly/monthly

- Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes

1. Stock Replenishment

- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking

- Raise purchase request with management for timely replenishment.

1. Store & Asset Coordination

- Oversee proper storage, labeling & organisation of assets in the store

- Stock out items for checking & delivery

1. Quantity Check against Collection Order

- Verify all returned units against collection orders. (serial number, model, quantity and etc)

- Highlight & report any discrepancies immediately.

1. Spare Part Management for the Technician

- Track spare parts issued to technicians daily, whether used or unused.

- Ensure unused parts are returned, checked, and stocked back properly.

- Monitor and manageall spare parts to prevent loss or misallocations.
