Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the heavy engineering or fabrication industry.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position, such as Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or Production Manager.

Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, machining, assembly, QA/QC, and project management.

Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Experienced in managing a project-based manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are required for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Oversee daily factory operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Ensure smooth coordination across production and operational activities.

Manage and monitor fabrication projects from project kick-off until delivery.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements.

Plan production schedules and monitor overall progress.

Optimize resources and ensure an efficient workflow across departments.

Lead, develop, and motivate the factory team.

Plan manpower allocation effectively and continuously improve productivity and team performance.

Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, including ISO, NDT, WPS, and other applicable requirements.

Maintain workplace safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to reduce waste.

Improve operational efficiency and support overall factory profitability.
