WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in paid social, with focused on Meta Ads

• 1–2+ years mentoring or leading buyers

• Proven track record managing meaningful monthly budgets — be ready to talk actual numbers

• Deep Meta Business Manager knowledge: CAPI, catalogues, Advantage+, attribution, troubleshooting

• Strong analytics and creative judgement — you can explain why, not just what

• Self-directed: you set your own priorities, manage deadlines and flag problems early

• TikTok Ads or Google Ads experience

• E-commerce (D2C) or agency background

• Meta Blueprint certification

ABOUT THE ROLE

You own Meta paid social end to end — strategy, execution, scaling and reporting. You'll be hands-on in Ads Manager daily, while mentoring a small team of buyers. You get an objective and a budget, and you come back with a plan and a result.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan, launch, optimise and scale full-funnel Meta campaigns; own monthly spend against ROAS/CPA targets

• Structure accounts properly — campaign architecture, audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks

• Manage pixel, CAPI, catalogue/DPA setup and troubleshoot tracking with the web team

• Lead and QA the work of junior buyers; set testing, naming and reporting standards

• Brief creative teams on hooks, formats and angles based on performance data

• Present results and recommendations directly to clients and management
