• Responsibilities include itinerary planning, vendor negotiations, travel coordination, and on-site execution. Follow-up all confirmed Series tour bookings to ensure timely execution.

• Monitor airline deposits and mange seat release paid and release seats on time before the cut off date

• Prepare costing  including ground arrangements, airfare and related charges for smaller group size

• Oversee all booking and prepare all related documents : Invoices, EO’s, TL Claim, Ticketing and Rooming List  

• Co-ordinate confirmed group arrangements and compile comprehensive Tour Leader File.

• Prepare and maintain the list of partner operators cooperating on series tour products

 Ad-hoc Duties:Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
