Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or related fields.

Candidates with experience in ERP systems, CRM integration and workflows, business development, or sales will have an advantage.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or marketing-related roles.

Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and requirements simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with presentation skills.

Manage and maintain gaming software client accounts, including contract execution, technical integration, and post-launch support.

Develop a thorough understanding of merchant profiles, gaming software preferences, and the company's complete gaming software portfolio.

Proactively communicate with merchants to understand their needs and business status, while actively promoting additional company products and services.

Regularly analyze and maintain merchant records, provide transaction volume analysis, and assist merchants in improving business performance.

Handle merchant complaints, resolve issues effectively, and submit recommendations for service and product improvements.

Coordinate with internal departments to deliver comprehensive after-sales support and customer service.
