Familiar with woocommerce, shopify and social media platforms.

Basic knowledge of online advertising and SEO is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with content creation (images, videos, copywriting).

Knowledge of data analysis tools like Google Analytics.

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

Oversee and manage online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand websites.

Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized with engaging descriptions, images, and pricing.

Plan and execute online sales campaigns, flash sales, and promotions across multiple platforms.

Coordinate participation in official platform campaigns like 11.11, 12.12, and Mega Sales Days.

Assist in executing social media strategies, content creation, and online advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).

Track and report the performance of online marketing initiatives.

Monitor online customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback across platforms.

Collaborate with customer service teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Monitor sales data, traffic, and campaign performance.

Provide regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Conduct competitor analysis, identify online trends, and recommend new growth opportunities.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align online strategies with business goals.
