• Previous experience in site supervision, cleaning operations, team management or a related role is preferred.

• Able to supervise and manage a small team.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

• Valid driving licence and own car required.

• Willing to use own vehicle for daily worker transportation.

• Able to work according to the assigned site operating hours.

• Language Requirements Mandarin – Required

• Manage and supervise 4 site workers at the assigned site.

• Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure workers complete their duties properly.

• Assist with daily transportation of workers to and from the site (approximately one trip per day).

• Use own vehicle for worker transportation when required.

• Monitor workers' attendance, work performance and discipline.

• Ensure cleaning work and site operations follow company standards and requirements.

• Communicate with the Site / Operations Team regarding daily site matters.

• Report any issues, incidents or operational problems to management.

• Perform other site-related duties as assigned.
