Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware and software troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is an added advantage.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams.

Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, cloud computing or server administration is an advantage.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

No prior work experience is required; fresh graduates and students seeking internship opportunities are encouraged to apply.

Provide first-level IT and technical support to customers and internal users.

Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, network and system-related issues.

Support users in the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of applications.

Assist the technical team in providing support for HRMS and payroll systems.

Assist with system setup, user access, configuration and maintenance.

Monitor and follow up on reported technical issues and support tickets.

Assist with software installation, updates and system maintenance.

Support testing of new system features, enhancements and software updates.

Assist with UAT, system testing and troubleshooting before system releases.

Prepare and maintain basic technical documentation and user guides.

Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
