• Minimum SPM/GCE/ ‘O’ Level education.

• At least 3 years of customer service experience in any industry.

• Possess Food Hygiene Certification.

• Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.

• Required to work on rotating shift which include weekends and public holidays.

• Overall responsible in coordinating all activities during the assigned shift to ensure smooth operations and achieve required business results.

• Supervise the productivity of staff on duty to ensure effective and efficient turnaround and response time in compliance to operating standards.

• Understand the duties and responsibilities of all staff on duty and ensure the team perform according to the established guidelines and restaurant standards.

• Provide on-job training (OJT) and guide the staff on duty through their daily routines to ensure the team meet/exceed expected work performance.

• Interact with guests and handling guest enquiries to make sure the guests have a satisfactory dining experience.

• Responsible for compliance to all work and service standards, food preparation, hygiene standards in accordance with the restaurant quality, service, ambience & value guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

• Manage shifts in rotation with the other restaurant management team to ensure proper hand-over/take-over of subsequent shifts.
