Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous accounting experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken)
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist with daily accounting and finance tasks.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper accounting records.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and payment processing.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
  • Prepare basic accounting reports and documentation.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other departments regarding billing matters.
  • Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
