Requirements

- Diploma in Accouting, Finance, Admin or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting software (eg. Auto Count)

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Able to work indepedently and meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am-6pm & Saturday 9am-1pm

任职要求

* 会计、金融、行政或相关专业 Diploma 文凭。

* 具备基本的会计知识优先。

* 熟悉 Microsoft Excel、Word 及会计软件（如 AutoCount）。

* 具备良好的组织能力，并注重工作细节。

* 能够独立工作，并按时完成工作任务。

* 具备良好的沟通能力，能够使用 中文及马来文沟通。

* 工作时间：星期一至星期五 9:00am – 6:00pm；星期六 9:00am – 1:00pm。

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.

- Prepare and issue invoices, billing documents, daily sales reports etc.

- Record customer payments, sales transactions, and update payment status accurately.

- Perform customer statement reconcilliation and follow up on overdue accounts / outstanding payments.

- Maintain proper filling, documentation, and accounting records for audit purpose.

- Perform general office administrative duties and support daily operations.

- Handle telephone inquiries and incoming calls when needed.

- Support daily e-commerce operations: daily processing orders etc.

- Support in improving and maintaining finance and accounting processes and workflows.

- Assist superior in ensuring smooth execution of finance department operations and reporting.

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

工作职责（Responsibilities）

• 负责日常会计及行政事务。

• 准备及开具发票、账单文件、每日销售报告等。

• 准确记录客户付款、销售交易，并及时更新付款状态。

• 进行客户对账，并跟进逾期账款及未付款项。

• 妥善整理文件、资料及会计记录，以备审计使用。

• 处理一般办公室行政工作，并协助日常运营。

• 必要时接听电话及处理客户电话咨询。

• 协助日常电商运营，包括每日订单处理等。

• 协助优化及维护财务和会计相关流程及工作程序。

• 协助上司确保财务部门日常运作及报告顺利进行。

• 完成上司安排的其他临时工作（Ad-hoc tasks）。
