Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven E-commerce Executive / Business Development Executive / Commercial Executive to expand our e-commerce B2B business by identifying and developing potential E-commerce sellers online/offline who are targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, relationship management, and supporting business growth strategies within the cross-border e-commerce industry.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, International Business, or related fields.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B business development, sales or e-commerce industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of B2B cross-border e-commerce platforms or digital business trends is an added advantage.
  

• Introduce the company’s services to potential e-commerce sellers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base through search engine, social media and networking.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, seller needs, and new business opportunities.

• Follow up on leads, negotiate business opportunities, and assist in closing deals.

• Manage sales performance metrics, pipeline tracking and prepare regular reports for management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and logistic to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly KPIs set by the management.

• Participate in online meetings, exhibitions, or business networking events when required.
