• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.

• Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu (REDNOTE), and other relevant channels.

• Strong interest in AI, AIGC, and content creation, with a willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new tools.

• Strong content planning capabilities and visual awareness/aesthetic judgement.

• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with international teams.

• Proactive, responsible, and highly organised, with strong execution skills and a collaborative team mindset.

1. Social Media Management — 40%

• Manage the day-to-day operations and content publishing across global and China-focused social media platforms, including Instagram, Douyin, Xiaohongshu (REDNOTE), WeChat Official Accounts, and other relevant channels.

• Assist in developing and maintaining the social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content publication.

• Track and analyse content performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous optimisation.

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual standards, and overall content quality across social media platforms.

2. AI Content Creation — 35%

• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, and other relevant platforms to support the creation of images, videos, and written content.

• Participate in AI-driven creative ideation and continuously explore new content formats and creative approaches.

• Build and maintain a structured library of AI prompts, creative assets, and reusable content resources.

• Stay up to date with the latest AI and AIGC trends, tools, and developments, and apply relevant technologies to daily content creation workflows.

3. Content Planning & Project Coordination — 15%

• Collaborate with the AI team to develop creative content concepts and social media topics.

• Prepare clear and comprehensive content briefs based on project requirements and coordinate with internal design, video, and creative resources to execute content production.

• Track content production progress and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

• Support the optimisation of AI-powered content production workflows to improve team efficiency and collaboration.

• Support content requirements from global teams and facilitate effective cross-functional communication.

4. Data Analysis & Optimisation — 10%

• Consolidate and analyse social media performance data on a regular basis.

• Prepare weekly reports, monthly reports, and content performance reviews.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimise content performance and improve reach, engagement, and overall communication effectiveness.
