【Requirements】

1. SPM and above; Diploma/Degree preferred.

2. 1–3 years of customer service experience; experience in logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain is an advantage.

3. Proficient in Mandarin and English – required for liaising with China HQ and cross-border clients.

4. Familiarity with logistics processes (customs declaration, clearance, shipment tracking, etc.) is preferred.

5. Skilled in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.

6. Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.

7. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple orders simultaneously.

8. Able to respond to urgent communications outside working hours (occasionally).

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Handle daily client inquiries via phone, email, and instant messaging tools.

2. Track cargo shipment status and provide timely updates to clients.

3. Coordinate with internal operations teams and the China headquarters to ensure on-time delivery.

4. Address client complaints and exceptions, promptly following up and offering solutions.

5. Prepare shipping documents, customs clearance paperwork, and logistics reports.

6. Maintain client profiles and transportation records in the system.

7. Support the marketing team in client retention and contract renewal follow-ups.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
