Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full-set accounting exposure.

Strong knowledge of AR, AP, billing and GL.

Experience with month-end closing and reconciliations.

Good attention to detail and strong numerical skills.

Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Handle the full set of accounts, including daily accounting transactions and month-end closing.

Manage billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance of invoices.

Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), including customer invoicing, receipts, reconciliation and outstanding balances.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including supplier invoices, payment processing and vendor reconciliation.

Maintain and review the General Ledger (GL) and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Prepare relevant financial schedules and management reports.

Ensure accounting records are complete, accurate and properly maintained.

Liaise with internal teams, clients and vendors on finance-related matters.

Assist with audit and tax requirements and provide supporting documents when required.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable accounting standards.

Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
