Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Warehouse, or a related field is preferred.

Able to inspect products carefully and identify defects, damage, or quality issues.

Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and FIFO practices.

Good attention to detail and able to maintain accurate inspection records.

Able to communicate and coordinate well with different departments.

Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic computer skills and ability to complete reports or checklists.

Willing to work in a warehouse environment and follow workplace safety procedures.

Prioritize safety at all times.

Maintain strong overall quality control for all products handled by the company.

Inspect incoming goods according to the required specifications, including general quality, product finishing, weight, dimensions, packing, packaging, product labels, barcodes, and other relevant requirements.

Ensure all incoming goods meet the required quality standards.

Record and report inspection findings using the Quality Control Inspection Checklist, including any defects, errors, or issues identified.

Strictly monitor and ensure the First In, First Out (FIFO) method is followed throughout the warehouse.

Follow up with the relevant departments when product changes or corrective actions are required.

Manage the disposal of defective or damaged goods after obtaining approval from the Procurement Team and maintain proper disposal records.

Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or Management from time to time.
