Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior HR experience is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).

Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.

Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.

Support payroll preparation by compiling relevant employee information.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.

Assist in organizing company events, staff engagement activities, and meetings.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Generate HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Assist in processing and monitoring the renewal status of foreign workers' passports and work permits.
