Contact customers through phone calls, messages, or other approved communication channels regarding outstanding payments.

Explain payment details and assist customers in understanding their account status.

Work closely with customers to discuss suitable repayment arrangements when needed.

Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and payment updates.

Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the supervisor when necessary.

Achieve collection targets while maintaining service quality and professionalism.
