Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction, renovation, interior fit-out, or A&A projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to independently prepare and revise: Shop drawings, Construction drawings, Submission drawings & As-built drawings

Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.

Familiar with construction documentation, material submissions, and project coordination processes.

Good understanding of renovation, fit-out, or A&A project workflow.

Mandarin or Cantonese –Required (to communicate with the Hong Kong project team)

English –Working proficiency

AutoCAD Drawing & Technical Documentation (Primary Responsibility –60–70%)

Prepare, modify, and update2D AutoCAD drawings for construction, renovation, and A&A projects.

Produce and revise:

Shop drawings

Submission drawings

As-built drawings

Layout drawings

Detail drawings

Coordinate drawing revisions based on client, consultant, and site requirements.

Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and submission standards.

Maintain proper version control and filing of all technical drawings.

Project Coordination (30–40%)

Coordinate material submissions, shop drawings, and technical documentation with contractors and subcontractors.

Assist the Project Manager in tracking project schedules, submissions, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

Follow up on drawing approvals and project progress.

Liaise with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams.

Maintain organized project records and documentation.

Support other project administration duties assigned by the Project Manager.
