Kelayakan

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • No strict Diploma or Degree requirement.
  • Able to communicate and write in Mandarin for daily work.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, WhatsApp, or Social Media handling is an advantage.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills.
  • Patient, responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Willing to work on-site at TRX, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Candidates who are available to start within short notice are preferred.
  • Full training will be provided.

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle daily customer service tasks through the company's online system.
  • Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and provide suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on customer cases and track their progress.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Organize, maintain, and update customer information and records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth case handling.
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and provide timely updates.
