Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through resolution, including follow-up with the escalation team

Guide vehicles and assist with parking flow

Assist customers in using the parking and payment systems

Respond to general questions and resolve basic customer issues

Report parking, payment or system issues to the team leader

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and reported incidents
