Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation or related field.

  • Strong knowledge in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and digital marketing platforms.

  • Experienced in planning and executing content strategy and content calendar.

  • Skilled in copywriting, content creation and social media management.

  • Basic to good understanding of Meta Ads / TikTok Ads and lead generation.

  • Able to analyse marketing performance, leads and campaign results.

  • Creative, proactive and able to generate new marketing ideas independently.

  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating with Sales, Design and Operations teams.

  • Experience in property, construction or related industries is an advantage.

  • Able to use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets and other marketing tools.

  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can think, execute and improve, not someone who only waits for instructions.

Tanggungjawab

  • Develop and execute monthly marketing and content strategies for NH Ivory Home.

  • Plan and manage the company’s daily content and content calendar.

  • Create and coordinate content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

  • Produce engaging copywriting, videos, graphics and marketing materials together with the design/content team.

  • Manage and monitor Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads to generate quality leads.

  • Analyse campaign performance, cost per lead, engagement and conversion to improve marketing results.

  • Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

  • Conduct market and competitor research and identify new marketing opportunities.

  • Develop new campaigns, content ideas and strategies to strengthen NH Ivory Home’s brand.

  • Assist in planning and executing events, property campaigns, exhibitions and promotional activities.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.

  • Take ownership of assigned marketing projects from planning → execution → analysis → improvement.

  • Continuously propose and implement new ideas to help the company achieve higher sales and business growth.
