• Retail, promoter, sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Confident and comfortable approaching customers directly.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Energetic, proactive and target-driven.

• Comfortable working in a busy shopping mall environment.

• Willing to work towards daily lead and sales KPIs.

• Positive attitude and good teamwork.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Hours: 2 shifts (9.30am–6.30pm or 12.30pm–10pm)

• Actively approach customers and mall shoppers who pass by the outlet.

• Generate a minimum of 60 customer leads per day, including customer name and contact number.

• Introduce and promote products confidently to potential customers.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits according to customer needs.

• Focus on selling the following key products:

1. Cleanser

2. Gaia Eye Cream

3. Gaia Eye Serum

4. P3 Aphrodite

5. Aphrodite Day Cream

• Follow up with generated leads to convert enquiries into sales and repeat customers.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Maintain proper records of leads, customer information and sales activities.

• Keep the product display clean, organised and attractive.

• Support daily outlet operations, promotions and marketing activities.
