Malaysian citizen

Minimum 2 years and above of experience in construction/renovation / interior sales is preferred.

Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.

Able to handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales leads.

Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Willing to attend meetings and site visits when required.

Possess own transport and a valid driving license

Receive and manage new sales leads from Customer Service, walk-in customers, and self-sourced enquiries.

Provide pre- and post-sales support including project planning, site measurement, proposal preparation, quotations, and regular site visits.

Work closely with customers to understand requirements and propose suitable renovation or interior solutions.

Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall annual sales objectives.

Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations Teams to provide technical support andensure smooth project execution.

Handle payment collections, basic purchasing and material sourcing, site meetings, inspections, permit submissions, and site handover to ensure projects are completeddefect-free.
