Full Time Telemarketing Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,800 in Afterglow Cosmetics Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service or sales is an advantage.

• Confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.

• Good communication and persuasion skills.

• Energetic, positive and target-driven.

• Able to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.

• Basic computer skills and ability to update customer records.

Working Hours: 9am–6pm (Mon–Fri) & 9am–3pm (Sat)

• Make a minimum of 350 outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers.

• Introduce Melange Korea treatments, promotions and campaigns to customers.

• Engage customers professionally and identify their needs and interests.

• Successfully book 5–10 customer appointments daily.

• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and encourage attendance.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, bookings and follow-ups.

• Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

• Work closely with the outlet team to ensure smooth appointment arrangements.

• Achieve individual daily, weekly and monthly sales and booking targets.

Key KPI

• 350 outbound calls per day

• 5–10 confirmed appointments per day

• Minimum 30 customer arrivals per month

• Consistently achieve assigned booking and conversion targets

• RM20 or RM25 commission per customer who arrives at the shop
