Minimum 2 -3 years of professional baking experience

Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

Able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Strong leadership and time management skills

Produce consistently high-quality baked goods according to the company’s recipes and standards.

Ensure food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation standards are maintained at all times.

Assist the Head Baker in overseeing daily baking operations and ensuring production targets are met.

Guide and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff during daily operations.

Assist with monitoring stock levels, ingredient preparation, and ensuring sufficient ingredients are available for production.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the kitchen.

Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of ingredients.

Follow all kitchen SOPs, food safety requirements, and operational procedures.

Assist with identifying and resolving production or quality issues when they arise.

Support the Head Baker in training new team members and ensuring proper work procedures are followed.

Perform other baking and operational duties as assigned by the Head Baker or management.
