Possess a university degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Job title will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and events, including outstation and overseas events.

Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.

Proactively reach out to clients through calls and emails to introduce and promote products and services.

Develop sales proposals and follow up with clients to secure bookings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.

Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure a smooth client experience.

Manage client bookings and ensure all requirements are handled accurately.

Conduct physical and virtual client presentations.

Proofread and verify event and advertising materials to ensure accuracy and quality.

Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of events.

Support marketing and promotional activities.

Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales and business development strategies.

Perform other duties related to sales, client management and event coordination as assigned.
