Full Time Manager, Finance (Corporate Reporting) Jobs, in Giant Malaysia WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent.

Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting and reporting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a Public Listed Companies, MNC, high-volume Retail, or FMCG environment.

Hands-on experience in month-end closing, consolidation, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow statement automation. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and familiarity with retail sub-ledgers is a added advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, MFRS/IFRS, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, statutory reporting and financial statement preparation.

Proven track record in complex group consolidations and building automated Cash Flow Statements.

A process-builder with a proactive, problem-solving attitude who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced corporate environments.

Lead the month-end and year-end closing process and work closely with the Finance Manager, Record-to-Report to ensure accurate, audit-ready multi-entity Financial Statements are completed within stipulated timelines.

Drive the automation of Cash Flow Statement modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Manage complex multi-entity consolidations, ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations and foreign exchange treatments.

Work alongside with the Finance Manager, Record-to-Report to provide our Finance Business Partners (Operations & Commercial) with verified actual results for variance analysis and growth strategy.

Partner with IT and Operational Finance to refine data mapping between Retail ERP System and Business Central, eliminating manual workarounds.

Ensure strict adherence to MFRS/IFRS and local tax regulations across all operating entities. Act as the primary lead for external audit engagements.
