Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Basic knowledge of software systems, databases, or IT applications is an advantage.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to learn and work with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and supporting software systems for clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and assist in recommending system solutions.

  • Perform system setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Provide system support and guidance to users.

  • Assist with user training and system implementation.

  • Prepare system documentation and reports.

  • Work closely with senior consultants and technical teams to resolve system-related issues.
