We are seeking an Asst Casino Host to support guest relations and player-development activities onboard an international cruise ship. The successful candidate will assist casino guests, maintain accurate player information and help deliver an engaging and personalised onboard casino experience.

This is a shipboard position. Applicants must be prepared to live and work onboard throughout the contract and follow the vessel’s operational schedule.

• Open to Malaysian and Singaporean applicants only.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or front-line guest service.

• Previous experience in a land-based or shipboard casino environment.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases and player-tracking systems.

• Confident in engaging with guests from different cultural backgrounds.

• Able to manage guest information professionally and discreetly.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural shipboard environment.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Final selection is subject to the cruise line’s assessment and operational requirements.

• Assist the Casino Host with guest relations and player-development activities.

• Welcome casino guests and provide information about available gaming activities.

• Build professional relationships with new and returning casino players.

• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate guest profiles and player activity records.

• Update information in the casino’s database and player-tracking system.

• Support casino promotions, tournaments and guest-engagement activities.

• Coordinate with casino management and operational teams to assist with guest needs.

• Prepare guest information, activity records and operational reports as required.

• Protect the confidentiality of guest and player information.

• Help maintain a welcoming, engaging and service-focused casino environment onboard.
