Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or above; experience in construction/engineering industry preferred

  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (to coordinate with site workers)

  • Proficient in Excel, detail-oriented and responsible

  • Strong communication skills and execution ability; able to adapt to site-based work

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, quotation, and price comparison for project materials

  • Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material arrivals to support site progress

  • Liaise with suppliers and maintain good supplier relationships

  • Organize procurement records, data, and documentation

  • Coordinate with site team for goods receiving and handle any issues

  • Support finance team with invoice verification and payment processes
