Prefer mandarin speaker as need to communicate with customer and colleagues from Taiwan and China

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and concerns

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others

Able to work in shift including weekend and public holiday

Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via email, and chat, , sometime need to call to customer to providing timely and efficient solutions

Troubleshoot customer issues and provide comprehensive assistance to resolve problems

Identify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures

Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
