Customer Service Agent – Premium Customer Support

Salary Package: RM5,000 - RM7,000/ month

Work Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras

Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift

Expected Joining: Mid-October to November

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holder and above.

• Native-level fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong reading, writing and speaking skills.

• 1–2+ years of Customer Service / Customer Experience (CX) experience preferred.

• Background in airlines, hospitality, travel, luxury services or other premium industries is a MUST.

• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized support to premium customers.

• Handle customer enquiries, requests and issues through the designated communication channels.

• Take ownership of cases and ensure timely resolution from start to finish.

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

• Accurately document customer interactions and case details in the relevant systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to resolve complex customer cases.

• Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, systems and operational procedures.
