  • Passionate about customer service, retail, fashion and jewellery

  • Friendly, positive and enjoys interacting with people

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently

  • Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales is an added advantage

  • Experience selling jewellery, fashion or lifestyle products is highly preferred

  • Strong customer service and sales skills

  • Fresh candidates with the right attitude and interest in jewellery are also welcome to apply!

Tanggungjawab

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Recommend jewellery based on customers’ needs, preferences and style

  • Explain product features confidently to customers

  • Process sales and payments accurately

  • Handle returns and exchanges when required

  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked store

  • Assist with stock replenishment and online order collections

  • Support the Store Manager and team with daily store operations
