• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in product operations, project coordination, product delivery, or release management. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.

As a Product Operations Executive, you will be the bridge between business goals and technical execution, ensuring seamless product delivery and operations.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams to collect and clarify requirements. Identify real user needs through feedback and business scenario analysis to define clear, actionable solutions.

• Project Management & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and risk points. Coordinate with design, development, QA, and business teams to ensure projects are on track.

• Documentation: Write clear and comprehensive requirements documents, functional specifications, and workflows.

• Launch & Version Management: Plan and manage product launches, including version release plans, change notes, and launch checklists.

• Quality Assurance: Coordinate UAT and testing processes with QA, R&D, and business teams to ensure final versions are stable and reliable.

• Issue Resolution: Perform initial analysis and reproduction of online issues, coordinate with the technical team for fixes, and follow up on verification and regression testing.

• Continuous Improvement: Optimize existing features and processes based on feedback, data, and business needs.

• Cross-Functional Support: Assist project managers with communication, risk management, and resource coordination across teams.
