Candidate should have at least an SPM qualification.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience

Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprint

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Assign daily tasks to team members based on production schedules

Monitor machine output and workflow to hit production targets

Track job progress and report delays to the production manager

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.

Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery and programs.

Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.

Train and mentor junior machinists and operators.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.

Continuously improve machining techniques and processes to enhance productivity and quality.
