Requirements & Qualifications

• Personality & Presence:Outgoing, charismatic, and completely comfortable speaking naturally on camera with high energy.(Note: Please include a link to your social media profile, portfolio, or a quick video introduction when applying!)

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.

• Digital Savvy: Active user and deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends.

• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with smartphone video recording, basic editing tools (like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro), and general office software.

• Attitude: Eager to learn, open to feedback, self-motivated, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Job Responsibilities (Marketing Intern)

• On-Camera Hosting & Content Creation

  • Act as an on-air face and voice for the brand, starring in short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and assisting with product introductions, unboxings, and demos.

  • Help host live-streaming shopping sessions and interactive Q&As, engaging with live viewers under the guidance of the marketing team.

• Content Conceptualization & Scripting

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to pitch viral video concepts, trending marketing angles, and catchy hooks tailored to target audiences.

  • Assist in drafting natural, punchy, and sales-focused scripts that translate product features into relatable consumer benefits.

• Product Research & Demonstration

  • Quickly learn the ins and outs of our product lineup to accurately and enthusiastically showcase its value proposition on camera.

  • Experiment with creative ways to visualize product use cases and solve customer pain points during video shoots.

• Trend Monitoring & Analytics Support

  • Conduct daily research on social media trends, viral audio, and competitor content to help adapt our brand messaging quickly.

  • Help track and compile video performance metrics (views, engagement rates, watch time) to support weekly reporting and strategy discussions.

• Production & Operational Support

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams from pre-production planning to final asset delivery.

  • Assist with on-set tasks such as setting up basic lighting and audio gear, managing props, and supporting quick cuts or rough edits using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
